Fintech platform — 2025
Corda, a treasury-management platform used by finance teams to move and reconcile money in real time.
B2B SaaS · Fintech. Long sales cycles, technical buyers, a crowded category fighting on features.
Full redesign of the marketing site and a rebuilt demo-request flow, designed and shipped in six weeks.
The product was powerful. The website read like documentation. Prospects landed on a wall of features, couldn't tell what Corda actually did for them, and left before ever asking for a demo.
We rewrote the top of the site around the jobs finance teams actually hire Corda for — close the books faster, see cash in real time — and pushed the feature grid below the decision point.
An interactive product tour replaced static screenshots, so a buyer could feel the interface before committing to a call.
The new request form routes by company size and use case, so sales walks into every call already knowing what to show.
emsquared rebuilt our site in six weeks and it immediately started paying for itself. The first month brought more qualified leads than the previous year combined.
Fashion house · E-commerce — 2025
Nova Atelier, an independent fashion house selling small-batch, made-to-last garments direct to customers.
Direct-to-consumer fashion. A premium product competing for attention against fast-fashion giants.
Rebranded storefront, editorial art direction, and a rebuilt product and checkout experience.
In person the garments felt luxurious. Online, a stock theme made them look like everyone else's. The store was underselling the product — and the price tag with it.
Full-bleed lookbook photography, generous space, and typography with a point of view turned browsing into an experience worth lingering in.
We redesigned the product page to foreground materials, fit, and the story behind each piece — the things that justify a premium price.
A faster, three-step checkout with clear delivery expectations cut the drop-off that was quietly costing sales.
For the first time our website looks like it belongs to the same brand as the clothes. Customers notice — and they're spending more.
Patient portal · Design system — 2024
Meridian Health, a multi-site clinic network serving tens of thousands of patients across a region.
Healthcare. A mixed-ability audience, strict accessibility duties, and zero tolerance for confusion.
End-to-end UX research and redesign of the patient portal, delivered as a reusable design system.
Patients couldn't find appointments or test results, so they picked up the phone. Support lines were jammed with questions the portal was supposed to answer.
We ran usability sessions with patients of different ages and abilities, and rebuilt the information architecture around the tasks they came to do.
Medical jargon gave way to words patients use. Every label, error, and instruction was rewritten to be understood on the first read.
We delivered a WCAG-AA design system so every future feature ships accessible by default, not as an afterthought.
Our phones stopped ringing off the hook. Patients find what they need themselves now, and our staff got their days back.
EV launch site · Web · Motion — 2026
Volt Motors, an EV startup unveiling its first vehicle to the public and press on a single launch day.
Automotive · Consumer tech. A one-shot moment where the site had to carry the entire launch.
A cinematic launch site with a live configurator and a reservation flow built for a traffic spike.
There would be one launch day, one wave of press, one surge of attention. The site had to turn that spike into reservations — and not fall over doing it.
Cinematic, scroll-driven motion walks visitors around the car and its story — the drama of a launch event, on demand, on any device.
A live configurator lets people build their version and slide straight into a reservation while the excitement is still peaking.
Static-first architecture and a queue-proof reservation backend meant the site stayed fast and online through launch-week traffic.
The site was the launch. It handled a million visitors without a hiccup and turned our reveal into a reservation list we're still working through.
